Wills and associated documents such as Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Directives are billed on a flat fee basis, unless circumstances dictate significant additional time will be required in their preparation (such as when it is appropriate to include a Trust within or outside a Will). All additional services are billed at an hourly rate. A retainer is not usually required for Will and associated document-drafting, but may be required for other services.
